I (25f) am not someone who judge people harshly based on who they voted for, or why they voted for someone. I have friends who voted for Harris and I friends who voted for Trump. When I asked my new boyfriend (25m) who he voted for, I was open to a vast array of answers. He said he voted for Kamala Harris, and he said primarily because she's sexy. I was not expecting him to say that. I voted for Kamala too but not for that reason. The conversation got worse when he said in the 2020 democratic primary he voted for Tulsi primarily because she's sexy, and in the 2020 general he voted for Biden because Kamala was his running mate. It gave me the ick that he based his voting on that reason. Also I don't look like neither women, so that's also weird. Maybe I'm overthinking this. Am I the asshole ?
