For context, I'm mixed, Jamaican-Trinidadian from my mom, and Ghanaian-Puerto-Rican from my dad. Some of you might not consider me mixed, but oh well. My friend, lets call her "Laura"(26F), and her sister, "Sammie"(23F), were over at my apartment earlier this month. I wasn't the happiest to let them in, because they've always been funny around ethnic people(specifically hispanic/black people). But anyways, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and let them in. As soon as I let them in, hell broke loose. "Sammie" instantly started to start her bs. Telling me what to do, like a "good slave". "Laura" stared at her, like she didn't expect her sister to say that. Obviously, I was hurt, but expected it. I didn't want to start any unneeded drama. My race has always been a sensitive topic for me, specifically because where I grew up, a predominantly white neighbourhood. Anyway, after about thirty minutes of dealing with her nonsense, I gave them some strawberry shortcake. "Sammie", is allergic of strawberries. Like, deathly allergic. She never told me. She knew I was making a strawberry shortcake. Yet she didn't feel like telling me. After like, ten minutes, she's throwing up blood in the bathroom, we rush her to the hospital. And that's when she decides to tell me she's allergic. Not before. Not when I gave her the cake, when we're in my car driving to the ER. On our way there, "Laura" says, and these are her exact words, "Why do you have to be such a useless n*gger?" I. FLIPPED OUT. I yelled at her in the middle of the road, people probably wondered why I was yelling at two women at the back of my car. When we reached the hospital, she called me a "useless slave" and "a idiotic n*gger." So not only did she say it once, she said it twice. To my face. I cut complete contact with her. As expected, people told me I went too far.

So yeah, AITA for feeding my friends sister strawberries, when I didn't know she shouldn't have strawberries, then cutting contact from said friend because they're racist? I would love to hear your opinions. And I'll keep you guys updated.
