📝 AITA for declining the invite to my brother-in-law’s wedding?

Basically my husband’s brother is getting married (a destination wedding bankrolled by his fiancée’s family) 6mos after he proposed.

His wedding has been scheduled 4mos before my sister-in-law’s wedding (also a destination wedding but planned 1.5yrs in advance).

My brother-in-law‘s wedding feels unnecessarily rushed, especially in light of a previously planned family wedding.

It’s a lot of money and vacation time between the two weddings plus I will be paying for all of the travel/accommodations since I’m the primary breadwinner. I love my in-laws, I love my husband. I love being a part of his family and I want to be present for their nuptials. However, in the midst of a new home purchase (that has required some extensive remodeling), visitation with my stepchildren and our own vacation plans I clearly will have to make many sacrifices to be present at both weddings.

AITA for declining the invitation to my brother-in-law‘s wedding, considering the short notice and the undercutting of my sister-in-law‘s previously planned wedding? Do I need to just suck it up and figure out a way to make it happen?
