Not really am I the ahole more like am I an ahole. I’m 18M, currently studying, school offered me an internship overseas which I gladly took.

After being here for slightly over 1.5 months i keep questioning myself why don’t I miss my family, friends, home country at all? Sure im having fun here, but even so i should still miss my family a teeny weeny bit right?

I was on a call with my parents and they asked why don’t I call them often and if I didn’t miss them at all, that guilt consumed me again but I lied and said working made me tired etc etc, but I can’t stop thinking about it…

Could there be any sort of explanation or reasoning why I don’t miss anything at all? Or is the reason deep down within me which I’ve gotcha dig out
