So my ex works a trade and he had to get up early every morning to head to work. He usually brought food for us home or made something when he got off work, I mainly just did laundry and a little cleaning but didn't work myself. Me and some friends were talking about dumb arguments we had in past relationships and I brought up that he always wanted me to make him lunch for work and they all thought it wasn't really a big ask.

I just hate getting up early, I always stay up late and he would go to bed around 8 or 9pm, sometimes 10 if I asked him to watch something with me or y'know. And he always got mad if I was watching some in the room when he was going to bed, even if it was on my phone. Then he wanted me to make him lunch to take to work and I would have to get up after I just fell asleep occasionally and make him something. I remember I got really mad when he told me his coworkers wives make them whole meals for lunch and he had to beg me for a sandwich and it caused a huge argument, there was other things too but we eventually broke up.

My friends told me I was being a jerk but I wanted to get other people's opinions. AITA for not wanting to make a grown man lunch at 5 in the morning?
