📝 AITA for telling my aunt during thanksgiving that I wasn't coming over for Christmas if her friend was there?

Last Thanksgiving my aunt who is around 70 invited her friend to Thanksgiving and he's around her age, a bit younger. He helps her with things she has trouble with like mowing her yard and fixing stuff around the house for her. He's always been extremely touchy with me and my other cousins when I was growing up. He would always tickle really hard to the point it hurt and even if we said to stop it he would keep doing it so none of us like being around him. One time he told me specifically he wanted to "Chain me upside down to a tree and tickle me until I couldn't take it anymore" which most of my family brushed off except my other aunt who went off on him for it. Another time he showed up during Christmas, but I noticed it was after my cousins showed up and later that night my aunt had to tell him to stop touching the kids. Now I'm 20(M) and he kept doing the same thing when I saw him on Thanksgiving and he kept doing the same things to my younger cousin who was over even though she said to stop as well. My other aunt noticed something was off so we both told her we weren't coming over if he was there. She told me she understood and then she got the aunt that invited him and we told her the same thing and she responded "Okay. I'll take care of it."

I haven't heard from him since and my aunt hasn't asked or told me anything about him but I still felt bad afterwards because he does help her with a lot of things she can't do.
