Hello all,

Me (21M) and my gf (21F) are curently staying together (for few days) at my family house with my mom, dad and brother. We are studying in another city. She has anxious disorder and is very bad past few weeks but me and my family are giving her support. Today I got call from friend to go on little one day trip near city where are we studying at and I wanted to stay in that city when we get there since I would go there tomorrow anyway because of college and I don’t like going by bus (me and my friend would go by car which is massive relief). When I told that to my GF she got sad and started crying a little bit because as she said: “When I need you the most you want to go.” and I canceled it. Now she thinks I am currently by her only because she wants it.

I wonder if AITA for wanting to leave day earlier although she would receive support from my parents and I was with her all these past days/weeks and is that correct reaction of hers.
