My wife and I (both late 20s) have been going through infertility struggles for over a year now. The whole 9 yards (IUI, multiple IVF cycles).

My siblings came into town with their kids for the holidays. While at a holiday party, I was playing around with my nephews and held some of the babies on my lap. After the party, my wife tells me she is so hurt that I would play with babies and little kids around her, while she (we) is going through infertility and she wants a baby so badly, and i am being insensitive.

For the next parties, she asked me to not hold any babies or play with my nephews or nieces. But they are my family, and I want to spend quality time with them.
