I posted about this month ago, but deleted it a month back because my dad was kind of getting scary and I was afraid he would find it.

I (19 F) my girlfriend (20 MTF) lived with my dad. This was an emergency situation after his ex-girlfriend started abusing me domestically long story short she showed up with three friends and a gun while I was home alone with my four year-old sister. Read this with the context of she assaulted me when I was 13 and got arrested for it. He bailed her out, stayed with her, and I had to live with her for five more years. He took $4000 from me to pay for a lawyer to get custody of my sister and then he took 3000 from me to pay for our new apartment.

I got this money from a settlement case where I was being sexually abused every day for six months, and my school swept it under the rug

He said he would pay me back by January, I furnished the entire apartment, paid for groceries until I couldn’t. I could rarely feed myself and my girlfriend. He said he’d pay me back in January, obviously that has not happened and I got kicked out of college for it. I couldn’t pay my tuition anymore because he stole all my money. As a result of this, he thought the best course of action was obviously to kick me out, and tell my mom I was on drugs, that I was unsafe because my room was messy, and that I lied about him taking the money. He then withheld me and my girlfriend’s possessions for two weeks and when he gave it back he dumped garbage all over my stuff, shaved his head and poured the hair all over everything, through my bedding in the mud and didn’t give me my mattress. He then has the audacity to demand I give back the copies of our keys. (I paid for them, and I might of been the asshole for this but I kept them after finding all the garbage, he changed the locks to the apt anyways so wtv).

All this to say he’s been absolute nightmare. However while this happend my girlfriend’s estrogen was getting shipped there, and it was already in route when he kicked us out so we couldn’t reroute it. I asked him when it arrived today if he could put it out side on the mailbox. I have proof of it being delivered to his house and not even an hour later of him bringing it inside. He couldn’t have mistaken it for his because my girlfriend’s name is on it. I drove over to get it and it wasn’t there. So after three hours of ignoring him I told him I’d get in touch with authorities if he didn’t give it to me or my girlfriend. He claimed he didn’t have it, that I was childish, and I was never allowed to speak or see my sister again then blocked me and tried calling my mom.

I don’t think I’m the ah for calling law enforcement on him I’m just wondering if I would be if I did it tomorrow (he had my sister over who is four and has had law enforcement at her door all the time because of her mom)?

My girlfriend needs this dose, she is severely dysphoric without it and has caused a lot of suicidal ideation. I’m scared for my girlfriend. We booked her an appointment to get a new prescription but it’s not until next month and she’s already missed a month’s dose because we didn’t have enough money to buy it. She needs this asap. So would I be the asshole if I called the police on my dad while my sister is home?
