AITAH the for distancing myself from them?

I'm 19 years old. My ex is still in love with me, and my former best friend has developed feelings for me as well. Additionally, my ex's roommate has a crush on me. Recently, I received a call from another schoolmate, who is also an ex, informing me that my first ex still wants to be with me. All three of them have been reaching out to me, both directly and indirectly, without my first ex being involved.

Is it wrong for me to step back from all of them and pretend they don't exist?
