My mom got into a car accident on the way to get my physical for sports, she got $30k out of insurance claims and wasn’t badly injured but still didn’t give me a penny besides her lawyer giving me a $100 bill and feel that the lawyer should give me at least $2k for emotional damages

I told her without me she would’ve never be on her way there and got into that accident and that she owes me
