So I am a loyal customer to a company mostly only bc of one product. Due to financial issues, I haven’t ordered anything in recent months bc I finally left (escaped, basically) a relationship with my childs father after he became physical numerous times ( toward me), finally fracturing a rib…

anyway I left with nothing but myself and my 2 small children, no money , nothing. So when I finally ordered a lip stain for myself last week I was very overdo. I added to my cart and when I clicked checkout, the order just went through without asking or confirming any pay info or address. So it had my old address …. my ABUSERS HOME.

I immediately emailed their support team within seconds and asked them to please mail nothing with my name on it to my abuser, & please correct the address to my updated one.

I got an answer that basically said they can’t help me.

In case it was generic, I reiterated that I wasn’t able to change address and I emailed them right away, I can’t have anything of mine going there and I will never get item if it does. Here’s the response ::: Hi!,

Is this not fucked up?! I’m so beyond upset …That $40 ccwas a lot to me , and I won’t be able to get a new one. A lot of shitty circumstances lately to the point I need to know if I am the problem . honestly .
