For context, i contact grandkids when i got to Fl called to set up time to get together, but grandson (25m) hung up first, then called back, i got two words out and was told he would have to call me back. That was 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. A little more background 2 days earlier he was asking for financial help with electric bill. I sent him a message that i was leaving Fl and headed home and since he could not call back, i wasnt helping with bill. And then be told me when he didn't that i should've called or texted. I told him actions or lack of have consequences, right?
