My fiancé (F25) & I(M26) have been together for 7+ years, and are getting married at the end of this year. We are fully transparent with each other when it comes to phones/social medias etc.. and it’s been like this for several years. Long story short, she currently has a snapchat streak with a childhood male friend of over 700 days. Background information before I ask if IATAH… She grew up with this guy as they lived in the same neighborhood & hungout nearly every day during grade school & middle school. I also went to school with him during highschool & we were acquaintances but never close. (He’s a year younger than me) I have also hungout with them several times earlier in our relationship (My fiancé & I moved to a different city) and nothing seemed off, they generally just seem like childhood friends. I would have no issues discussing my concerns with her, but I genuinely don’t want to come off as controlling (Most of her previous relationships were very toxic, and I witnessed this firsthand during highschool). AITAH for thinking its weird that she is getting married yet has gone through the trouble of maintaining a snapchat streak with another guy for over 2 years? If not, how do i approach the situation without coming off as controlling or jealous?
