I’ve been having casual encounters with this guy for about 3 years now. I ghosted him since last November because I’ve gotten pretty serious with someone else and plan on marrying him. However, the fling STILL texts my phone till this day for hookups about everything 2-3 weeks, sometimes double text! I sent him a message saying “Hey, I wanted to let you know that I'm in a relationship now and I'm not looking for anything casual anymore.” He immediately replied, “Aww babygirl you left without saying goodbye. I'm always gonna want you, you know that relationship or not. You special to me” and followed up with another text saying, “Let's talk in person babygirl could be last time we meet if you want but frfr been thinking about you a lot lately”. How do I let him know I’m serious and really want to end it and focus on my relationship? Was I wrong for ghosting him? Do you think he really wants closure or just wants to see if he can screw one last time? I’m not a cheater and will never cheat on my man which is why I didn’t reply to his texts. I just want this to be over.
