I (17F) and my friend (17F) were invited to a prom after party that my other two other friends weren’t invited to. We’re a group of 4 and we all do mostly everything together. We think that if we consult the other two friends that we both want to go, they’ll be upset with us (one of them in particular will be VERY upset). But we didn’t have any set plans after prom to begin with. My friend tried to talk to the girl hosting the party if we could bring the other two, but she wasn’t too fond of the idea and doesn’t really know them that well. Am I the asshole for wanting to go?
