📝 AITAH for not having my phone ringer turned on?

My wife (28F) and I (29M) are separated and will be getting a divorce in the next few months. She finally agreed to let me take my daughter (4F) out of state to visit my parents. I left at what would have been a reasonable time to arrive before my daughter's bedtime, but we ran into some immense traffic on the way and I was delayed by two and a half hours.

When I arrived, I checked my phone to see that my wife had asked me to call her before my daughter went to bed, so I tried to call, but got no answer. I texted that I tried to call, and then I went to bed with my ringer turned off.

I wake up, have breakfast with daughter and parents and we start working on an arts and crafts project. She calls me 5 times during the morning, but my ringer is off so I don't hear. After this, I receive the following texts:

I would like to speak with [daughter].

Please make it a priority to give me a call.

I am concerned because I have contacted three times now. Yesterday I requested to speak to her before bed. I was not contacted until close to 9:59 pm. [Daughter]'s bedtime is between 6pm and 8pm. I called this morning at 6:42. Her normal wake up time is 6:30. I have not received a response. If I am not contacted by 2pm, I will be reaching out to your parents. If I am unable to get ahold of them by 6pm, I will be contacting local authorities for a well check. Please put me in contact with my child.

She had also gotten my younger brother (who lives rent free in the house my wife and I own -my wife still lives there- and who she has kissed on four occasions) to call my parents, but I'm not sure if that's before or after she threatened to call the cops on us.

When I called her back, she said that it was her right to be able to contact her daughter whenever she wanted and that she demanded that I always have my phone on when I had Saoirse.

AITAH for having my ringer off? Do I absolutely need to have my phone on? If I'm ever at a point where she's calls the cops on me even though I'm not actually trying to ignore her calls, have I actually been negligent in respecting her rights as a mother?
