I (24NB) got a call from my brother (13M) to play some computer games and I said no for multiple reasons like being tired but also my computer not working properly to run games. He is autistic so being told no made him sad. The thing is that my mother sent me a message saying that I shouldn't ask her for anything since I cannot play with my brother. In other circumstances I would have played, I play from time to time with him but I'm still wondering if I should've played, so am I the asshole for not playing?
