Hey Reddit looking for advice. Today my coworker sneezed a lot with allergies, I didn’t say “bless you” after any of them. I avert from this as I see it as false religious claim, as I hold no religion. I was brought to my managers office for me being “rude” and being “purposely obnoxious ”. My co worker sneezed 5 times in succession and I said nothing. I was reported for being rude and a “danger to company culture”. I work in Indiana,Kentucky,and Ohio. I don’t think I’m wrong to hold my opinions but now my schedule went from 43 hours a week down to 27ish. It’s a family owned company but I feel I’m within my rights to not say something I don’t believe in. AITAH ? Should I just say it for the norm or stand by my beliefs? I need the money so the cut is hard for me. I thought about going to court or something but I really don’t know, I’m just trying to pay the rent. Any advice is appreciated y’all thank ya.

EDIT: My boss (the owner) said the hours were moved because of (new employees) but I’m like the lead trainer as the other broke his hand, and we’ve only got 1 new employee since.
