Throw away account BTW, I'm using a burner here. I (M28) and my GF (F23) have a significant issue with both our weights, I lose weight fast and maintain 5'11" and am at 152lbs. She's 5'9" and maintains 210+ lbs.
Shes uncomfortable in her body and I want to help, but we have two separate diets. I am trying to bulk as I lift everyday and do legs, and she is trying to lose weight.
When we eat, she's eating like me and then some. Is there advice?
I tried changing her diet and actually cooking for her, but she blames portion size is still to big after I let her serve herself from the stove.
Any advice for me?
