My boyfriend (22) and I (23) like to go drinking at fancy restaurants. In the UK, a business can ask for ID if they don’t believe you are old enough to drink.

We both use driving licenses as ID, he has a pink driving licence and I have a green. Whenever, I bring out my green ID he bullies me on how “I’m always lagging behind and how he is the superior one”.

I know he may be joking, if he did it once or twice but this happens every time. I’ve kindly asked him to stop with the teasing since it upsets me since he knows I’m actively trying to get lessons. Lessons unfortunately cost £60 an hour where we live and I’m currently saving up enough money to fund it.
