My mom has has decided that after 30 years she doesn't need my dad anymore and has started accusing him of abusing her financially and mentally. She is legally disabled and uses that to get people on her side of every conflict because "Why would a disabled person lie?" She got my dad arrested even though he has not touched her unless he was told he had to by police or doctors to help her. Long story short she found out that I have been recording every single conversation I have had with her for months as I don't trust her and I want to protect my siblings since she seems to be going after them next. She has also tried to kill me and my siblings multiple times and has fractured my hip. I know she's my mother but I am worried that when this goes to court there is nothing we will be able to do as long as nobody questions her.
