Am I the AH for reporting my sister to drivers services. my sister (30’s) has a degenerative neuro disease that may be effecting her ability to drive safely she currently lives with our parents with her two small children- four and two yrs old. as she is seperated from her husband. several months ago she called me to pick her up as she had an accident while driving. she refused to call police and report it.. there was a lot of damage to the car and it was very late at night. her judgment has been affected in the past by her condition and I think it was off on that night. She sees quite a few doctors and is on many medications. out of concern for the safety of both her and the kids I reached out to state drivers services. they then require that she show she is fit to drive safely and will see that she has modifications to her car so that she can continue to drive. It seems that she did not change her address with dmv and did not get notice. She believes that her husband turned her in to DDS and is furious . I think I did the right thing as she has periods when she can barely walk and her reactions are impaired
