I (44m) always worry when I can’t control my temper.

I’m walking into Kroger, and up in front of me, someone says “OH MY!” jumps out of the way of an SUV trying to back out of a handicapped spot.

As I’m looking at the person jumping out of the way, the SUV pulls into the handicapped space and backs out again, this time straight into me. I’d say it stopped an arms length from me.

Without thinking, I whack the back window of the SUV with my open hand.

The (very young, very not-handicapped) woman behind the wheel rolls down her window and starts screaming “YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE! I COULD SEE YOU! I HAVE A REARVIEW CAMERA! YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE!”

I don’t respond. I go in, get my cart and shop with a red face and that horrible anger-adrenaline surging through me.

This person was being pretty much awful across the board, but I also hate reacting like I did. Made me feel like a dumb male brute.
