I 18F is going to sue my 20F sister. It took a lot of thinking for me and investigating but i think that it was the best decision for me to sue my sister. For a little context our dad died a little over than a year ago, i was obviously a minor when he died and my sister was an adult. My father was divorced with my mom so there wasn't much that she could've done. My sister and I have always had an on and off relationship because she is very good at manipulating and she's also a narcissist. After my dad passed away not even an hour goes by his passing and she is at the bank and gets a power of attorney and takes all the money. She told us that she will be giving us our portion of his will/insurance when we become adults. Well, my brother and I are now adults and the money is nowhere to be seen and I have a suspicion she has spent it all because she's been going on trips after trips and shopping. I'm so sick and tired of her getting away with everything, ever since I was young I have countless of stories about her. So AITAH for wanting my portion of the money for college and savings so im suing her?
