I met my husband M57 3 years ago and we F35 got married last summer.

Before moving in husband told me that his Dad M96 lives with him due to having Dementia which I have since found out is a lie, husband has lived here for the last 17 years due to not wanting responsibility of own place.

FIL M96 is constantly rude to me, hates women and is just generally hideous, before I lived here I had an amazing place, in a wonderful area and I moved here as my husband didn’t want to leave his Dad, due to the nature of FIL, husband is always in a bad mood and aggressive towards, I also have PTSD from past trauma so I find his behaviour triggering, his aggression has affected everything from how I feel daily to us not having any kind of a sex life for the last few months which I said is affecting me as I have a super high sex drive, i said a month ago he has 3 months to try and be better and we are a month in with no changes.

I am seriously considering getting my own place and possibly divorce if things don’t improve.

AITA here as I am feeling really bad about this but I feel like I need to do it for my own mental health.
