I'm a barber and I live in Berea Kentucky I own a small barbershop and charge $20 for haircuts. This young man in his 20's with shoulder length tangled hair came in my shop. After sitting down he asked me if I could untangle his hair. It was a mess and I politely told him that I won't be spending my time timeously untangling his hair. He then asked if I could give him a haircut to get the tangles off. I turned him away from the mirror and gave him a buzzcut. After he saw his new look he got really upset and said it's way to short. I told him that it's on the house this time and he just left my shop all upset. Am I in the wrong here?
