I’m trying to break my lease and the only ways I can if I am a victim of sexual harassment/assault or restraining order. I’m thinking of putting a restraining order on my roommate to get out of my lease. I’m not calling the police on her so it wouldn’t affect her record. We stay on a kind of off campus college housing.
