AITAH for wanting my farther to be a cripple

so i havent hurt him yet but i wanna to start he abandoned me at birth and when court asked if i want him to be able to contact me i said yes (this was when i was around 9) and he nevee did then bout 2 years later he decides to meet up wirh me and introduce me to my brothers which i said yes to aswell but then just as quick as he came back to my life did he leave it was only around 2 uears ago i found out why he wanted to meet me it was to get in the pants of another woman so im just curious if im the asshole for wanying him to hurt
