I went to a salon school to have my hair done.
In the past, if I allowed the student to do whatever they like (because they needed experience in some area) the service was free, or only cost what the materials called for.
That wasn't the case this time.
I was a paying customer.
I walked in, and she had a photo ready. Of what she thought my hair should look like.
It was not what I had scheduled the appointment for, nor what I wanted my hair to look like.
She actually had the nerve to argue with me about it.
Naturally, it looks terrible.
And of course it does. How could it not?
The salon school refuses to issue a refund, despite not honoring their own policy about making corrections to the cut/color within 7 days.
In addition, she asked all kinds of personal questions, really inappropriate and unprofessional.
