So me and my ex wife had our son in October and this tax season we made the decision for her to claim our son on the taxes since she works exempt from taxes so she still gets a return, we got a good amount back and she doesn’t wanna give me my half even though I she only got a tax return is because she claimed our son am I the ass hole for want my share ? Ps. we have 50/50 custody
