AITA. ,So apparently I am now the old guy who screams at my neighbors . Get off my lawn.

My neighbor above me clearly has been playing loud music and smoke 420 all day . I wrote a nice letter to them explaining that ur 420 makes me sick .and for them to smoke out side .20 something like who's parents paid for them to move out . I recently bought in this building . Clearly this next generation have no respect for the elderly people over 50 . So now when I smell it or hear it I bang on the wall with a drum stick . I have reached out to management and they do nothing . I reached out to the board and they do nothing . I am to pour now to move . Because of the economy . So am I the ass for banging on the wall and screaming sTf ....help . We do have rules but it's all the time
