AITAH: Told a woman to shut up and if she can’t be decent to fk off elsewhere.. Scenario is: My young son has been doing martial arts, specifically BJJ, yesterday during rolling exercises with another kid, there was an accident and as a result the other child strained their neck. My son immediately stopped, checked on the child and apologised multiple times, even taking it so much to heart that he was upset because he had hurt a kid and didn’t mean to.. this kids mother (for no reference actually looks like a witch and just is generally uncomfortable being around her) ripped into my kid, having a go at him, questioning him why his even there when all he does is hurts other kids ect. Now my son actually wants to be there and learn, but it seems in the case of the other child it’s one of those Is there because the mother push’s for it and he doesn’t seem to want to take part anyway. Now AITAH for going in and speaking with the coach about it, who told me he already told her she was in the wrong and his the coach, then when she tried it on me I had a go at her telling her to shut up and if she can’t deal with it maybe this isn’t the sport for him. Now she’s carrying on running down both myself and son. My son is now so disheartened he doesn’t want to go there anymore. AITAH.?
