I f22 and my boyfriend m20 have been together for half a year, he met me when I was a streamer and we talked,and bonded rather quickly, we started dating and life has been interesting ever since. We've had some big ups and downs, but the biggest one we've had is about me streaming. He tells me he doesn't mind me streaming, but then turns around and tells me he'll drift away if I stream, so I stopped to keep him happy for the most part besides a few streams here and there. The thing is, I do make money off of streaming, and would like to be a full-time creator. But him not talking to me after I end stream is never fun. I stream for 2 hours, not even daily. But he'll ignore me for multiple hours on purpose saying im just doing what you did to me. I've been on leave from work due to an injury I got at work. And I've been on leave for almost a year. I'm getting better but I was hoping not to need to go back to work, at least full time if I got streaming going. But I'm getting close to going back. And the more I think about it, the more bitter I get since, I do genuinely believe I could have gotten somewhere with streaming. Yes, I've talked to my bf about this and his argument is: I ignore him while streaming for two hours, and asks how I would feel if he ignored me for four, while I knew he was online and having fun with other people. Which he already does. Keep in mind, I stream minecraft. No face cam, just minecraft with my voice as I interact with chat.
