📝 WIBTAH For not Inviting my mother in law to a Family Gathering on my side of the family

Good morning Reddit.

My (25f) husband's (M27) family have always been very last minute people. My Dad and his family are having Easter dinner on Good Friday this year. My MIL has never come to visit for Easter for the 7 years we've been together, however this year she is. My stepmom has had a family dinner planned for weeks. To me it feels rude to invite another person 4 days before the dinner. Especially because my MIL decided last night that she is coming up. WIBTAH for not asking to invite my MIL?
