This story has came from my sister btw AITA for telling my husband of 4 years I am leaving

I am and 31 female and my husband is a 32 male and he does not treat are son the same way he treats are daughter. He gives are daughter everything she wants, I tell him if he is going to get her something he needs to get his son something but all he says is "he is older" I don't know what he means by it but it Is getting on my nerves. I tell he is not treating them the same and it is not fair to are son.

He tells me I am "overreacting" but my son is 13 and are daughter is 12 which is not a big age gap but she is still known as the youngest and my husband treats her VERY different. Almost as if she does not have a son I told him I could leave and take my son and are daughter could visit whenever she wants, she does not like me anyway and she agreed but my husband disagrees.

He never tells are son happy birthday are he loves him, which I find weird, but when I ask about it all he says is "he is a boy and just wants to play video games" or "he knows I love him" when my son has always wanted to play football with his dad and has asked Me many times if his dad loves him. Yet I don't want to break up are family if not needed to but I am looking for house to move.
