So I (24m) am dating my boyfriend (23m) but recently due to unforeseen financial circumstances I’ve been propositioned into marriage with one of my close male friends (24m)

Basically my relationship has been under stress because of a rare financial opportunity I don’t want to disclose too much personal information, but the bottom line is that I will triple my income and even inherit a few properties if I marry one of my close friends. Now although we have been flirty in the past I’m in a monogamous relationship with my bf and don’t want to jeopardise it.

My bf is very clingy and controlling but that is honestly how I like it. He doesn’t feel comfortable with me marrying another man, also due to his family being heavily religious he has only recently made up with them and their acceptance of his sexuality is already very strained, so dating a married man and being seen as a home wrecker or me getting a quick divorce and him dating a divorcé, neither option feels good.

So any advice on the situation?? Or any personal experience would be greatly appreciated
