I (25f) came home after a whole year and some months to stay home for a month. I have gastric issue because of which changing my timing for food intake is causing my issues. On top of this I also had uti from which I am recovering. We have a tradition where on birthdays we visit any temple at the same time we also have a tradition where when you have your periods you are not supposed to enter the temple. It was my sister's birthday and everyone was going to a temple and planning to go for lunch later so I gave them options first being I'd stay home and buy some food or I'd stay home and directly come to the restaurant both of which my father was against he wanted me to come all the way till the temple and wait in the car and was not ready to listen otherwise. From the previous night I was having some discomfort in my stomach but still put up with it and went to the temple. Without any care for me they let me stay in the car for about an hour by the end of which I started to feel really sick and when I called them telling I desperately wanted to use the restroom they made me book a cab and go to a restaurant nearby and use the restroom there after which I had to wait another hour in the sun for them to come pick me up. I was angry but I knew I couldn't say anything because they'll pin everything on me as usual so the only thing I could do was cry. Through the ride home my grandmother kept complaining of being hungry. I refused to talk to my dad because if he'd let me stay home none of this would happen. Now he's pissed at me saying I am overreacting and being too much, am I in wrong, AITAH?
