okay. A tiny bit about me (37f) I work in a company that has various forms of personalization avenues (laser, rotary and sandblasting). It’s fun af. I am a good worker and can get a lot accomplished. I have a coworker that is really good at things like milking a project so it takes all day when anyone else can finish the same project in the morning.

We have hit a small lull in orders right now for our department. There are other departments that could use help. For example, I spent three days this week packing boxes.

My coworker has bragged about being in a craft show for months. Today, the day before the show, she has decided that she would use company resources and time to add more ‘crafts’ to sell this weekend at her market. This individual also rarely works a minute past quitting time or ever comes in early when we are busy.

Aita/ am I crazy for being so annoyed by this? Do I say something to boss man? I’m just confused. But also I want to be a person that doesn’t care. But our boss is a very generous man and I just think he is being taken advantage of.

Maybe I don’t care about responses but it did seem to help venting this all out. Thank you for reading
