My (25F) cousin (32M) had screen mirroring on his phone and we were going through old pictures and videos, there was a video of me and my cousin (28M) at my 16th birthday party, towards the end, he said that I think I’m better than everyone else. I felt so embarrassed in front of my whole family, that most of them weren’t in the room and didn’t know that that conversation even happened.

The cousin who made that comment and I are fine now. It was never brought up again. He probably forgot about it to be fair, but not me.

He was the one who filmed that video, he knew what it was so why wouldn’t you just end it before that part? He probably didn’t think it was a big deal but I just feel like at a family gathering that’s kind of a downer.
