It was a school day and I (21F) was feeling very ill. I ended up needing to stay in the bathroom for a while to release my bodily demons. As this was happening for some reason a massive hoard of students came into the bathroom. COMPLETELY out of nowhere

I’d just assumed they all came from lab or something ( I am a Biology Major, and this was the Bio building toilet ) so I thought little of it. Then, for some reason someone started trying to open my door???

For context there, when we were in high school for some reason students would “reserve” their own bathroom stalls by locking the door from the outside by kind of forcing the little knob to slip closed. Since it was possible to slip the lock from the outside closed, it was also possible to slip it open.

This person kept trying to slip open my door. At first i just gently indicated my presence. Tapped on the door, yelled that the bathroom was occupied, etc. Then she kept insisting??? So i started lightly kicking the door and YELLING yelling so it wasnt physically possible that she or the many others in that bathroom didnt know I was in there. Eventually my legs gave out and she busted the door open. I got shocked (obviously) and promptly slammed my foot onto the door.

her nose broke. Oops? That same afternoon I got called to the admin to discuss poor behaviour. I argued that everything I did was within my right as I had warned her and EVERYONE IN THAT ROOM multiple times through many movements and noises that I was in that stall. She was literally trying to open the door on me. Unsurprisingly this was to no avail and I got sanctioned that semester.

Guess what? She didn’t. She got off that whole situation completely fine. I hate it here.

Now a lot of her friends (none of whom I even know the names of) are spreading rumors that Im an aggressive and dangerous asshole. Dang. In my head she kinda deserved it, but im curious AITA?
