AITA for canceling Easter plans at my house tomorrow for it getting out of hand with the amount of people that got invited by the original invitees? Essentially we were going to have a small get together of my wife and kids and another couple with their kids. 4 adults and 5 kids total. They initially asked about their parents coming and we were fine with that. So it turned into 6 adults and 5 kids. Everyone was supposed to chip in their part for what was needed, with me supplying the main food dish.
Tonight about 9:00 I was informed they invited several other people and almost all are planning showing up. Basically adding 10 adults and 8 more kids to originally having 9 people total. I definitely didn't buy enough food for that many people. And really don't want that many people over.
Will I be the ass hole if I cancel tonight?
