We have an upstairs neighbor who has 2-3 kids. We told the property manager about the noise everyday. From as early as 5am to as late as 1 am or so. My partner and I are not as bothered and is understanding if it is during the day. We do not hear the typical walking steps. It is bouncing balls really hard, some yelling, and playing. It affects us because it is loud bang all the time and shakes our window. When we told the property manager, the upstairs response was "I apologize, I understand but early mornings we are in a rush to get out of the house with my kids. Also, I have a son with autism and he has trouble sleeping at night so he is usually up late. I will try my best. Thanks"

Are we the AS (edit: i meant AH*) here? It still happens since we brought it up. I am aware that this is what you get for living in an apartment and living under someone, but i feel that we all should be able to live and have quiet/peaceful space especially in this economy
