When I (M23) was young, like late middle school, I was taking a shower once and my uncle came in to look at me. I covered up quick and after he left and I was done I called him a perv while he was eating with my mom (51F) and went into my bedroom. My mom came in a little while after and asked why I called him that. I told him what he did in the bathroom and she said ok but he does a lot for us so you shouldn't say those things. I didn't really think of this as anything at first but I was telling my girlfriend who was kind of making a big deal about it and told me I should cut my mom off for letting that happen and move out.

My mom has a litany of medical issues and doesn't work. I live with her and a lot of the costs are on me, in fact, originally when I was planning on leaving the state for work my mom made sure I would still provide financial assistance and I said I would. If I cut her off I know it would be rough on her so I'm not sure. What should I do?
