So I (F30) is having an average paying job however I have tons of responsibilies and liabilities but my friend has a not so well paid job.. i have known him for only 4-5 months but we talk daily and share everything, so we where pretty close..

The problem is he is always in need of money.. he will ask me money every once a week or he will jokingly makes remarks like "can't you order dinner for me" or "next week I have an emi and you are my only hope" etc.. I always lend him money and he always return the money he took but not within the promised date or i have to keep asking him.. I have this big issue to say No to people that I am close with, I know that's a me problem and I will work on it bcs i learnt from my mistake..

So there were few scenarios when he needed money I skipped my education loan emi and lend him the money and on other time he needed 10k so I took from one of my friend and gave him.. whenever he ask money he always ask 2k to 10k range..

Recently I ordered something for 200rs from online for Cash on delivery, unfortunately I had only 126rs with me at that moment so I called him and asked for 200rs for this payment, he said he dont have (mind you, at the time he owe me 500rs) I asked him if it's possible for him to arrange 200rs as it's an emergency, I know it's not an emergency but I really wanted the thing that I ordered.. he said he will arrange it and will send me.. He ddnt. No texts, no calls the entire day.. by 11:30PM I texted him saying "Now I totally understand that I cannot rely on you for anything, Bye" he called me 4 times and send voice note saying "I ddnt have any money with me and I couldn't arrange the money as well, and it actually kind of slipped my mind but you are making it a bit deal and overreacting" I ddnt reply anything and he texted again "Just for 200rs if you are cutting me off then it fine, I will not be calling you anymore" after few days he returned my 500 as well..

It's been a week now, no calls, no texts nothing.. I am a bit relieved tbh.. and my POV was - it was just 200rs, he could ask anyone.. I have always helped him and for the first time I asked something and he ignored - But I am not sure what I did was a AH move.. am I Overreacting?! AITA??
