I swapped the genders on the original because I believed people might be predisposed to thinking that a guy who wants sex more than his wife is automatically the bad guy. I also left out some contextual details which I didn’t think were relevant at the time, but I think better explain what happened that night.

Here’s the revision:

My wife and I have been having marital problems for several months, due to my misunderstanding of a relationship rule and thus violating it without realizing it, at which point it was too late to fix.

She had been feeling disgusted by me for weeks because of this, so we barely touched most days, hadn’t had sex except one or twice in that time, and basically never kissed. 

One night, she made an effort to reconnect with me. She sent me a few sexy texts during the day, and when we went to bed, we made out for a while. She said she didn’t want to fuck, but she did want to play and make out. I got her off with my hand, and she fell asleep without touching me at all.

I told her that I found this unfair, frustrating, and kind of felt like I’d been used. She got upset and argued that she doesn’t *owe* me anything. She also pointed out that she gets me off in the shower, when I know there won’t be time to get her off.

When she rolled over in bed, it felt different, though. There wasn’t any time pressure. It just felt like rejection. It made me feel like crap… even though I know we had been having problems and what we'd done was more than we had in a long time. At the time, it felt like she wanted to get off and didn’t care how I felt.

I made that original post the next morning. Just after that, we got into a big argument about the night before. She told that when we had been rubbing together, that I had slipped into her a little ways, three times, after each of which she said (again) not to fuck her. I knew I had been rubbing against her, but at the time, I didn’t realize I was entering her. We were spooned in an awkward position for me, so I didn’t even think it was possible for me to enter her from that angle, but I believe her when she says I did.

During that argument, she took a handful of pills and ended up in the ER, but she’s ok.
