This happened a little over a year ago. I caught my ex and my old roomate sleeping with each other in my bed after a party. I left to go drop off someone. When I came back I was furious. I called her worthless and less than human. I also called her a parasite. She shot back by saying it was consensual and I have no right saying those things. She started spreading a rumor of how verbally abusive I was to her in that moment and my friends expect me to apologize to her. But I'm just absolutely angry and confused. I do feel bad for what I said but this just seems so backwards.. now people I considered friends look at me different and I've been isolated from some of them.. I know I should just distance but I'm still just a bit hurt..
