So my friend asked me to do a competition with him and I initially agreed. But later I said no cos I thought I couldn't handle the pressure especially cos this competition was during the same time I had some other work commitments. My friend understood then and went on to form a team. But then, his team later backed out cos they didn't wanna put so much efforts. Post this, another team approached me which had more members. Initially I also said no to them but they told me they were more people and I would have very little work to do, so I agreed to be a part of their team. But I didn't tell my friend about it cos we had just formed the team and it hadn't materialized into anything. Then now, 4 weeks later, my present team has qualified to actually take part in the competition. I still haven't told my friend and now I think it's too late to tell him, idk what to do. I think he's gonna be super mad at me cos I didn't tell him and post that he's also been constantly telling me to do a competition with him and I just couldn't say anything. What should I do?
