A girl (22F) who I (21M) don’t like romantically got me a very expensive gift and wrote in the letter that she likes me. AITA for accepting the gift and not addressing the part of the letter where she expresses romantic interest? I got the card 2 weeks ago and haven’t touched on the romantic conversation ever since.

In the letter, she wrote “your eyes are the most mesmerising, i really like it when you smile. i love poking your cheek when I was tipsy and also curling your hair. I know you’re kind from all the times you’ve helped me. I like you, but I’m happy to keep things friendly regardless! I got you the perfume you mentioned wanting. it’s definitely pricier than what I’d spend on friends, but it’s worth it as long as you love it and think of me when you use it! I can’t wait to know you better, outside of suffering from brainrot;) I will miss you a lot so try to pick up phone calls please, and no pressure!!”

To which I responded over messages with:

Thank you so much! Sorry for not responding earlier i’ve been busy. I will try and pick up your calls, and for the record, I’m not just a TikTok and Twitter addict—I’m also a certified Discord cryptid and a Reddit shitposter

For more context, i know how much the gift costs, as i was the one to mention the specific gift to her when she asked about my preference.
