so some context my mom decided to go live in another state and for the summer she had my dad take me to someone to bring me to the airport. my dad cant take me because he is not a us citizen so i go to the airport and fly out it was pretty chill anyway a few months in i made a decision to stay with my mom for the school year and i did distance learning it was just fine until my dad decided he didn’t like that saying i was missing to much school so me and my mom and stepdad decided to move in with my grandma and move to a school in Oklahoma and it pretty chill i mostly spent my days catching crawfish and playing video games after school then my my mom decided to finally divorce my dad who had been preventing her from divorcing so my mom finally had him served with the papers and they started the divorce finally after 14 years she was about to be off the hook until my dad said he wanted custody of me full time so i told him no and to stop he can have me during the summer and holidays thats all he said ok so we thought everything was ok until we are told that we have to come to vegas or my dad will get full custody and mom will go to jail or my mom could give me up so we decided to all move to vegas abandoning alot of stuff and my mom and stepdads jobs so we move there and we make it work for awhile the custody of me is 50/50 i have NO choice in this ether so we move though a few apartments and stuff and i decided if he wanted me so much i would make his life with me difficult i started arguments for no reason and stuff but it didn’t work so i escalated it a bit he has a business that he runs and sometimes he brings me over there to help this job is a diesel mechanic i do little thing here and there i decided to stop helping still didn’t work so i am debating what to do then an idea pops in my mind why dont i just stop talking to him still no working so i am asking everyone one who reads this what should i do next i am thinking that i should just ask him to sign a paper that say he gives up parental rights

also i left out a few details he also called cps on my mom while i was over there had his lawyers make all the decisions and lied to us and the school i was doing long distance was a private school so my dad kept paying them to lie and say i was still going to that school
